Fraudulent Bosch Dryer Extended Warranty

I bought a Bosch dryer, and when the service came for installation, I asked for information about an additional warranty period. In response, the service told me that as part of a promotion, they provide an additional 3 free services with the warranty extension. So, without hesitation, I paid for the warranty extension and service. The installation receipt shows the service amount and the warranty sale. However, later, when I called customer support to confirm the procedures carried out, I was told that I have only one service entitlement. I have sent the document in the attachment. The product/service sold differs from the information entered into the system. If your goal is not to mislead the customer for product sales, I hope this is not the case. Please update the system information to reflect the amount you sold.
