Service Calls and Expenses Never End for Bosch Dryers
I got a Bosch dryer four years back. Since then, I've been taking it in for "service maintenance" every six months because the same problem keeps happening. Now, the number of malfunctions has increased to happening every three months. The service always keeps doing 'maintenance' every three months, and they never hesitate to ask for payment. What does Bosch sell? I'm trying to sell a dryer that might need some "maintenance" on the side - shouldn't it be a long-term investment instead of constantly having problems? So, you're saying that your new idea is to promote the importance of repairs while advertising a dryer as a long-term investment? I bought my first Bosch product ever, and I regret it so much. I'm tired of the same old routine of sending the machine out and waiting for it every six months. You never get tired of tricking us. That's too bad.

The service team that came decided that the pump was faulty. The problem I've been experiencing every six months will apparently be solved not with maintenance, but with a pump replacement. I hope all the money you took for maintenance all this time doesn't benefit you. I hope this pump replacement will be the last one. I've already started telling anyone looking to buy a dryer to never go near Bosch. It's a shame for all the money we've spent.
