Bosch Dishwasher Warranty Extension Scam
In 2021, I bought a Bosch dishwasher. When I called the call center twice to extend the warranty period of the dishwasher, I was assured that the process would be completed without any issues. But no one told me that the campaign terms could change. In 2024, I reached out to them before the three-year warranty period ended, but was informed that the rules for extending the warranty had been updated. I was told I'd have to make a payment each year for seven years. I found out that I can no longer pay once to extend the warranty for ten years. Because of this situation, I experienced a financial setback. I'm upset because of the wrong information given by the Bosch call center. Also, I wasn't given a heads-up about the upcoming changes in the terms. I was upset to find out that my hard-earned privilege was revoked and that my concerns were being ignored.

The Bosch customer representative called and told me that they would never help me. They persistently do not address my grievance. My complaint continues.
I was insulted by the Bosch customer representative. They still haven't responded. They are also mocking me by saying they will get back to me. Shame on the Bosch brand; this customer service is not appropriate.
