Bosch Refuses to Honor Extra Warranty Even Though I Applied In The First Three Years
The promised warranty extension is not honored, I purchased a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher from Bosch on July 25, 2020, my products have a 3-year warranty, I was informed that I can purchase an additional +4 year warranty if I want within 3 years, both by the company I purchased, Bosh customer service and the technical service that came to my home, 1. 5 months before the expiration of 3 years, I contacted Bosh customer service and said that I wanted to buy the promised +4 year additional warranty, but they said that they could give me +1 year warranty, although I created a complaint and request, they do not give or sell additional warranty, they sell products by convincing the consumer that you can buy additional warranty by deceiving the consumer, then they do not sell additional warranty by making a statement that our policy has changed before the expiration of the period, I want my victimization on the subject to be eliminated and I want to be sold additional warranty with my money as promised.
