Bosch's Inadequate Post-Sale Support

In 2018, I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Turkey, which has required service three times within five years. Recently, the dishwasher gave an E04 error, and the service representative informed me that ants had destroyed the main card, necessitating a replacement at a high cost of 2800 TL. While contemplating whether to pay for the replacement or purchase a new machine from another brand, I wondered if I was responsible for protecting the main card of the dishwasher from insects. However, there were no ants in my house for years. It seems ironic that a relatively expensive brand like Bosch made in Turkey gave an error like this that other brands of my machines never encountered. This is not the first error I have experienced with the Bosch dishwasher, and I am frustrated with the lack of support provided by the company after the sale. As a consumer, I expect the product to perform correctly and the manufacturer to provide adequate after-sale support. In this case, I feel let down by Bosch and will be considering alternative brands in the future.
