In April 2024, my Bosch dishwasher broke down and displayed the E09 error code. I contacted the Bosch authorized service, and their technician informed me that this error only occurs due to high voltage. Based on their advice, I repaired the machine instead of purchasing a new one, as they assured me the cost would be covered by Boğaziçi Elektrik Dağıtım.
However, Boğaziçi Elektrik claimed there was no high voltage incident and refused to compensate me. The documentation they provided lacked any log records to prove whether high voltage occurred.
I am deeply frustrated with Bosch for misleading me and Boğaziçi Elektrik for failing to provide transparent proof. I expect both companies to take responsibility and compensate me for my financial loss. This situation is unacceptable.
