Bosch dishwasher has a chronic E09 error, my warranty period is over and it gave this error 4 months later, customer service does not help because the warranty period is over, they should apologize for the chronic error and help, but the service says that the damage assessment fee is 256 lira I bought bosch, which I thought was a quality brand to use for many years, but I regretted it. It's infuriating to have a product break down just after the warranty has expired, and then have customer service refuse to help you out. It's like they don't care about your satisfaction as a customer! worse, the E09 error code seems to be a chronic issue with this particular model of Bosch dishwasher. You would think that Bosch would take responsibility for their faulty product and offer a solution, but instead they are charging you 256TL just to assess the damage. unacceptable!!
