I have been using the Bosch Silence Plus SMS48D02TR model dishwasher for approximately a year. Our dishwasher has experienced the E09 error four times in the past, resulting in the replacement of both the motor and the heating pump by the service. The last repair was done in May-June 2021 while I was residing in Kars, and I had to pay around 750 TL for it. In July, I was transferred to North Cyprus and didn't use the dishwasher for a year. In August 2022, after moving to Ankara, I started using the machine again. On July 5, 2023, the dishwasher malfunctioned once more, displaying the E09 error and failing to heat the water. The service had previously assured me that they had performed the necessary water isolation to prevent further issues. They even installed special components designed to address this chronic problem, but the error recurred. It is incredibly frustrating that despite my trust in Bosch and having all my appliances from the brand, the dishwasher keeps encountering the same problem, causing significant inconvenience. When I contacted the service, they mentioned a fee of 349 TL for diagnosis. Despite repeatedly explaining the issue to them, they failed to assist me effectively. Upon inquiring at the service center, they indicated that the repair cost for part replacement would be around 1500 TL, while part replacement and isolation would amount to approximately 2700 TL. Despite the previous isolation, the same error resurfaced after a year of not using the dishwasher and only one year of subsequent usage. How can I trust Bosch for future purchases? I kindly request that Bosch representatives contact me and provide the necessary assistance. If no support is offered, I strongly advise against buying Bosch products.

The Bosch customer representative contacted me, but they couldn't offer any solutions. They only sent the service for a fault diagnosis for 150 TL instead of 349 TL. I had already told them that the fault was in the heating pump before they came, and the technician who came from the service also said that the fault was in the heating pump. Moreover, they mentioned that the parts and the tank they previously installed to prevent water leakage were leaking. If we wanted to get it fixed, they estimated a cost of around 3000-3250 TL. I realized that the Bosch brand does not really stand behind the products it manufactures and that their solutions are temporary. Does a machine break down in the same way for the 5th time? It's really a waste of money. When I told customer service that this fault is chronic in these models, they said let's not say it like that. What should we say then? Only our machine breaks down for the 5th time, and when we look at the complaint platform, there are always complaints about the same fault. When we asked the previous and current service technician, they said this fault is very common in these products. But the person on the phone has no knowledge of this fault. Money is not easily earned, and I will think a thousand times more before considering Bosch again. Bosch really turned out to be a disappointment.
