I purchased a Bosch WQB245A0 dryer, and after just seven months of use, it stopped working, displaying the error code -10 E60. I immediately contacted customer service and requested service assistance. The technician claimed the machine’s motherboard was burned out and that the error code was unrecognized in their system. They said a replacement part would be ordered.
Over a month has passed since this diagnosis, and despite multiple follow-ups with customer service, I have received no updates or resolution. My family has been left without a working dryer for an unreasonably long time, with no clear communication from Bosch or the Kayseri service team.
This experience with Bosch has been extremely frustrating, and I regret purchasing this product. I demand an immediate resolution, including either a repair or replacement of my dryer. Bosch must take accountability and ensure better service for its customers.
