Bosch Series 8 Dryer Malfunction and Poor Customer Service



I purchased a Bosch Series 8 dryer on March 5th, 2024. Despite only using it 10 times, I have encountered numerous problems with the machine. During the second use, the dryer failed to turn on. I unplugged it and tried again, but the touch panel remained unresponsive. After half an hour, the machine miraculously came back to life. This error has recurred multiple times.
Most recently, the dryer damaged my clothes, leaving them excessively lint-covered. I attached images of the damaged items. When I contacted the service department, they informed me that there was nothing they could do since the machine is new and part of a recent series. This is unacceptable; I feel like I'm being used as a test subject.
I have also reached out to customer service, but they have been unresponsive and simply offer to send a technician, who, as I've experienced, is unable to resolve the issue. I am deeply dissatisfied with this product and the lack of support from Bosch. I demand an immediate refund. I paid a significant amount of money for this dryer, and the performance is far below expectations.
