Bosch Refused to Replace My Defective Washer Dryer and Insisted on Unnecessary Tests
The Bosch washer-dryer we purchased 20 days ago was not functioning properly as it failed to dry. We contacted the service team, and a technician came to conduct a drying test. A few days later, they performed the test and confirmed that the machine was defective. Despite this confirmation, they delayed the process further by insisting on conducting another test, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. They then stated that the machine needed to be repaired. We did not agree to this and requested a replacement, but our request was denied. It is unacceptable to face such issues with a brand as reputed as Bosch. Bosch is selling defective products, and we deeply regret choosing this brand. We will continue to fight for our rights.
