Bosch WGA254Z0TR Washing Machine Endless Faults

We purchased the Bosch WGA254Z0TR washing machine from the Bosch Bayrampaşa Demirkapı store, and we've had problems since day one. In the first week, we encountered a water issue due to the installation team connecting the wrong pipe. Just 15 days later, the machine stopped rinsing and would not complete cycles. Although the machine was only 20 days old, we were charged ₺1250 for the service call. Now, we are facing the same rinsing problem again, with clothes coming out soaking wet. The irresponsibility of Bosch's distribution and service team has only led to more frustrations. We were also told that the machine is not suitable for washing woolen or thick clothes—maybe it’s only suitable for those living in warm climates! If this issue is not resolved, I’m ready to take drastic measures and throw the machine from the 6th floor and post the videos on all social media platforms. Bosch has been a regretful experience. To my fellow consumers, I strongly advise staying away from this brand!
