Bosch Washing Machine Delivered with Dents and Defects

In October 2023, I purchased a 10 kg washing machine from one of the authorized Bosch stores. The product was delivered the same evening, and specialists came for installation and setup 1-3 days later. At that time, I was not at home, and only my elderly parents were present. During my next visit to my mother, I discovered that the installed device had dents and deformations, despite appearing normal in the photos and being installed as such. I immediately reported this to Bosch customer support on November 10, 2023. I explained the situation to B**** K******, who identified as a manager. I clarified that I had just discovered this defect, and only my elderly parents were at home, unable to influence the installation of new appliances. However, the customer service representative reacted negatively, claiming it was a consumer error and suggested repair for an additional fee. During this conversation, a file with the number 2727240 was created, registered, and recorded. The responses we received from B**** K******, representing the Bosch brand in the call center, greatly disappointed and shocked us. It is unacceptable for them to entirely shift the responsibility for the damages and errors they created onto us. I am filing complaints against the Bosch installation team and customer support on November 10, 2023, as well as against B**** K******, who identified as a manager. Such an attitude from the Bosch brand is unacceptable.
