Bosch Refused to Replace My Faulty Washing Machine

I bought a Bosch washing machine in 2024. Actually, I wasn't a fan of buying one, but I bought it at my wife's request. The product broke down before the year was up, we called the service, the service stated that the shock absorbers were broken and requested a replacement, so I did not want the product to be repaired since it was not even a year old, I requested a replacement. I contacted customer service, but they said they couldn't do a replacement, they only replaced parts. The washing machine, which holds a 10 kg load, had a maximum load of 5-6 kg, and it broke down before even being a year old, and now I am being victimized! Even though I told them that there was a small child at home who was 3-4 days old, they didn't help because his clothes needed to be washed every day. Bosch is a regret!
