They sold me a defective product I bought a washing machine from Bosch on July 31, 2023. Of course, the machine came in the box and they came for installation. After installation, I noticed that there were stains on the cover of the machine and the team told me to call Bosch headquarters. When I called, he said that they would send me a service and if the machine was working, they would charge me money. I told them that the machine was working but it looked like a 20-year-old machine, but they said there was nothing they could do. I also applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, but in the meantime, they did not send my e-invoice. So I went to the store and told them about it, and they told me that it was already stained and defective in the store, so I should have noticed it then. No way! I understood how I was prevented from applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Don't buy a Bosch like me, it's not the old Bosch anymore, you buy it and you end up in debt.
