Bosch Washing Machine (wga142x1tr) Damaging Clothes

On June 2, 2023, I purchased a Bosch washing machine (model: wga142x1tr) from the Media Markt store on the Trendyol app. Installation was done on June 8, 2023. However, when we used the machine, it damaged our clothes. Two of our tracksuits ripped at the seams, and black and dark-colored clothes were left with lint and cotton residue. Customer service suggested washing the clothes in a certain way and even sent a video demonstration, but the problem persisted. I then requested a return or exchange, but they insisted that a technical service representative should come and wash the clothes themselves. The service representative came and washed the clothes, but the results were still unsatisfactory (service report attached below). Within approximately 20 business days, I had 19 conversations with customer service. In our last conversation, they suggested washing the clothes inside out, which was a ridiculous response. This is unacceptable, Bosch! In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, Article 8/2, which states that goods with material, legal, or economic deficiencies that reduce or eliminate the benefits reasonably expected by the consumer are considered defective, and Article 11/1/c, which entitles me to request a replacement of equal value, I demand an exchange without defects.
