Bosch Store Sold Us a Display Freezer





We purchased a Bosch freezer from their authorized dealer in Ümraniye Dudullu on 01/10/2023. To our dismay, we discovered that the rubber seals around the door had turned yellow, most likely due to storage in the warehouse or exposure to sunlight. There were also dark spots and discoloration on the left side of the freezer. We contacted customer service right away to request an exchange, but all they did was create a service ticket. It's been a daily routine. Bosch appears to have lost its former reputation for quality, and their customer service falls short of expectations. It's disappointing that they no longer stand behind their products as they once did. This experience has left me completely dissatisfied with Bosch. Given their reputation, I had higher expectations, but it appears they are falling short of their previous standards.
