Rust and Sweating Problem In Bosch Refrigerator

We purchased our Bosch KDN55NWE0N refrigerator in July 2024 from an authorized Bosch dealer in Anamur, Mersin, at Ferbay DTM Ltd. We're experiencing a persistent rust problem on the door of approximately 5-6 of the refrigerator's sides. The appearance of our product has seriously deteriorated, reducing our enjoyment of using it and causing psychological distress. I've also encouraged adults in my circle to purchase Bosch refrigerators by recommending them, and this problem has further exacerbated my distress. We contacted Bosch customer service to resolve the issue, but they dismissed it as user error. Despite being under warranty, the service call only included photos, and the decision was based solely on these photos. No detailed inspection was performed, and our complaint was not addressed. We demand that our product be excluded from warranty coverage, that the rust problem be fixed, and that Bosch compensate us for the interruption of use.
