Bosch Sms43d08tr Dishwasher Defect Recurs but Warranty Does Not Cover It

Our Bosch brand sms43d08tr model dishwasher gave a malfunction in 2020. The service came and said that the pump malfunctioned due to water leakage in the product and that it needed to be changed. He said that this was a manufacturing defect and therefore there was water leakage. In 2022, the machine gave E09 error again and the problem was again pump failure and we had it done again. In 2024, the same error again, the same ugliness. If there is a manufacturing defect, the service should repair it without charge. Now for the 4th time the same fault has occurred and I have to pay again. I have read in different complaints that this situation is accepted as a manufacturing defect for this machine. There is a troubling situation here. I do not plan to pay for the machine, all the white goods in my house are bosch brand, but there is a problem with every product, I will definitely not pass by the bosch brand again. For a long time, I have been telling everyone around me who says ‘you use bosch, is it bosch or this or that’ that bosch is a very UNFORTUNATE other brand. I will buy a new machine, but I know that this machine will definitely not be a Bosch brand this year. The malfunction problem of the machine, which I paid for 4 times, is not caused by us, there is not even an error code in the booklet provided. This situation is a systemic error. The necessary solution must be provided by the company. If the huge Bosch brand does not stand behind its own fault, they can be sure that I will definitely file a complaint with the Consumer Court. If even Bosch, which we think is one of the best brands in Turkey, does this, there is no point in giving money in vain. This is how it damages its own brand.
