Bosch Demands Unjust Service Fee, Doesn't Care If We're Satisfied Or NOT

Attention! A victim of Bosch service; on 27/11/2023, we received service from an authorized service center for the dishwasher with the code SMS73L02TR/34. In exchange for this service, I paid a fee of ₺4750 for the repair kit 00651956 heating pump 11038786, which includes cleaning and labor. Please pay attention to this part: on 14/11/2023, 13 days before my service date, an authorized service center in Gebze provided service for a Siemens brand dishwasher. All parts installed on these two machines are completely identical. These statements are clearly evident with two service receipts as proof. The motor and repair kit used were installed by the same service. While charging ₺3120 for the service on November 14th, the same service charged ₺4750 in cash for the same part on November 27th. The Bosch brand headquarters blamed the service and claimed that the entire fault lies with the headquarters, trying to distract the customer. The trusted Bosch brand openly admits that they consistently raise prices beautifully at the end of each month. When I requested a refund for this unjust profit, they stated that no refund could be made. As a result, we will seek our rights through the consumer arbitration board. When dealing with Bosch and Siemens brands for service, it is highly advisable to be very cautious. Always request a detailed invoice for every penny you spend. Be aware that everything presented to you as a gift is reflected in the cost. We will pursue this issue legally as a bitter experience, seeking a refund of the unjust service fee.
