I'm completely dissatisfied with the Bosch Silence built-in dishwasher I bought about a year ago. Despite using the most powerful program and numerous dishwasher detergents, as well as having a service technician inspect it, the dishwasher fails to properly clean the dishes. I have to handwash the dishes after each cycle. Although I have previously been pleased with other Bosch appliances, I have never been satisfied with this dishwasher. In addition, my family has been loyal to Bosch for 30 years, as my spouse has worked for Bosch Power Tools for three decades. We went with our own brand, but the results have been disappointing. Arçelik products used to make me very happy. My request is that the machine be replaced or refunded after another service visit is scheduled.
