Bosch Sold Me an SMS4IKW51T Dishwasher That Does Not Clean and Scratches Dishes
We purchased a Bosch SMS4IKW51T series dishwasher, but it does not clean properly, leaves detergent residue, and has scratched all our dishes. Despite these issues, Bosch refuses to acknowledge that the product is defective. We followed all the recommended usage instructions, yet the results did not improve. Even after multiple service visits, no real solution was provided, and we were told the machine was working as expected. We are being ignored, and our complaint remains unresolved. I no longer recommend Bosch to anyone. On top of the defective product, we also faced disrespect and pressure from the headquarters staff. Bosch’s commitment to human health is clear—dirty and detergent-covered dishes, as shown in the photos.
Progress
After being scammed by Bosch, I will take the issue to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor. After taking the money, there is no one to contact, you dropped off the broken machine at our door and left. Bosch is so finished that they scam people. Scammer Bosch, we were scammed.

Bosch defrauded us by selling us a defective product left in their store that they are closing. This was the only thing their big brand hadn't done yet.
