Shein Free Trial Feature Has Been Unavailable to Me for Months

For about three months now I have been trying to use Shein’s free trial feature without any success. I never get approved for any free trial, and in addition to that, I cannot even find the free trial section properly on the app, which makes me feel as though the feature is not available to me at all. I contacted Shein customer service about this problem, but I did not receive any reply, so I still do not know why I cannot access or use the free trial while others seem to be able to do so. I kindly request that Shein make the free trial feature clearly accessible to my account on the app and give me the opportunity to participate in the free trial as advertised.
