FamPay Charged Me ₹499 Instead of Giving the Promised Free Trial

I am writing regarding an Autopay transaction from my FamPay account to “Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.” dated 02/06/2026, for an amount of ₹499, with transaction ID FMPIB5696967506. I had expected to receive a free trial for this service, but instead the amount of ₹499 was directly deducted through Autopay. Since I was expecting a free trial and not an immediate paid charge, I consider this deduction to be incorrect. I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution regarding this issue so far. I request that FamPay investigate this Autopay transaction and arrange a full refund of ₹499 for the above-mentioned transaction ID, and ensure that such charges are not applied in a similar way in the future.
