I Have Been Locked Out of My Uption Funds for Three Days

I have a problem with my Uption bank account, where a restriction has been applied for 3 days and I cannot access my money. There is 9,500 TL in my account and despite this amount being available, I am unable to use it due to the ongoing block. I first contacted Uption via email about this issue and they told me to call them. After that, I tried to reach them by phone at least five times. Each time I was kept waiting for about 10 minutes, but no one answered my call and I could not get any information about why my account was restricted or when it would be resolved. I request that the block on my Uption account be lifted immediately so that I can access my 9,500 TL without any further delay.
