Bosch Service Delay and Disappointing Customer Experience
I thought Bosch was the best brand, so I bought one of their refrigerators. Unfortunately, it stopped working before the warranty period had expired. The refrigerator developed a problem that should have occurred after 10 or 13 years, but instead occurred after only three years. The service technician arrived and discovered the problem. They stated that they would make a replacement, but it has been more than a month and no replacement has been made. They continue to blame logistics, claiming that the product has not yet been transported from the warehouse, which irritates me greatly. It is not advised that you use the Bosch brand. The experience I've had with the faulty refrigerator that Bosch sold me, as well as their inability to provide a replacement in a timely manner, has left me extremely frustrated.
