Bosch Fridge Scandal, Two Years of Bad Service, and No Fix

I bought a Bosch fridge two years ago, but the service hasn't been able to fix its problems since day one. The lower section of vegetables froze, and the service said it was a problem with the food from the factory. They changed out some parts to fix the problem, but then the fridge stopped cooling at all. Even though the service has been there ten times, they keep sending technicians as a joke but never fix the problem. I've even asked for a replacement, but they keep ignoring me. Everything I've done with Bosch has been a huge letdown. The brand that promised to be good and reliable has really let me down. It's frustrating to have put money into a product that keeps breaking and a service that doesn't care about my problems. I really wish I hadn't picked Bosch, and I hope to find a good answer soon.
