Bosch Refrigerator Stopped Working Due to Discontinued Parts After 10 Years of Use

The Bosch refrigerator we purchased in 2013 has suddenly ceased functioning and no longer cools. Upon inspection by the service team, we were informed that the motor inverter board had malfunctioned and that, since this component is no longer in production, a replacement part could not be provided. While they acknowledged their obligation to provide spare parts support for up to 10 years, they stated that beyond this period, no further assistance could be offered. I also obtained confirmation that this defect could not have resulted from consumer misuse. Thus, the question arises: Is our refrigerator now destined for disposal? Does this seem reasonable? The current prices of refrigerators with similar specifications are exceedingly high, and it seems our product has become obsolete due to the manufacturer’s discontinuation of both the model and its components. Furthermore, this is not the first issue we have encountered with this refrigerator, as it required servicing shortly after its initial purchase. I would recommend taking these factors into consideration when selecting a brand or product.
Contact was made, but the issue was not resolved, and there is no situation different from what I wrote above. They are basically telling us to throw away the refrigerator, which currently costs nearly 100,000, because we can't even purchase the broken part.
