Bosch Refrigerator Freezes Vegetables Despite Multiple Service Visits and Repairs

We bought a Bosch refrigerator anticipating top-notch quality and dependability, but it has been a constant source of frustration from the start. The vegetable rack freezes everything, which completely destroys fresh produce. The service team came out three times: initially, they swapped out the thermostat; next, they replaced the refrigerator’s control panel; and finally, they recommended installing a gasket. Unfortunately, none of these interventions addressed the problem. After relocating the vegetables to the upper shelves, we encountered the same freezing issue, as illustrated in the images. We had faith in Bosch and selected this brand because of its strong reputation, but it has been quite disappointing to face these ongoing problems. As newlyweds of only three months, we never expected to have service visits happen so often. We are currently seeking a replacement for the refrigerator.
