Bosch Won't Process Washing Machine Extended Warranty
I bought a Bosch washing machine in July 2020, and it's giving an error during the short program. When we choose the 30-minute program, the machine switches to the longest program in the last 5 minutes. Despite several service visits, the issue hasn't been fixed. In February 2023, they called us to extend the warranty for one year, and we agreed. Now, we want to report the problem, but they say our warranty has expired. I'm currently facing a problem and I want it to be resolved.
