Bosch Refrigerator Tire Doesn't Fit and No Return

Because the tire on our Bosch refrigerator was damaged, I called the company that services Bosch appliances and gave them the model number. They charged us 750 tl for the tire that we purchased from them. Today, the service technician came to install it, but they claimed the tire could not be used with the refrigerator because it was too small, and they refused to either refund or replace the tire. Unbelievably, they took the old tire with them when they left. I had no idea that a company with Bosch's reputation would do something like this. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division as soon as possible.
