No Replacement or Refund for Defective Bosch Refrigerator!

My Bosch refrigerator was installed about 10 days ago, and it's been a nightmare. We're dealing with water accumulation inside the fridge because it failed to cool within the first 10 days of use. We put it to the test. Technicians have been in and out for the past ten days, and the problem is still not resolved. When there's a problem, our fridge should sound an alarm, but it hasn't. It's just been a never-ending back-and-forth. I requested a refund, but they refused it. I requested a replacement, but they also refused. When I go to the dealer, they tell me to call 444 for customer service, and when I do, they tell me to contact the dealer. Since we bought this brand-new refrigerator, it's been a nightmare. I would advise anyone thinking about getting one to avoid it. I'm going to file a complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. I'll do everything in my power to get this fridge back. We've had enough of this fridge, and we don't want it in our house anymore. We purchased it brand new, and I don't want it repaired or altered; I want a refund. This has been going on for the past ten days. The refrigerator was delivered to our house on the 15th of the ninth month, and it hasn't cooled since. The service technicians are difficult to work with because their hours do not coincide with ours. We're planning a wedding, and our annual leave is already reserved. We can't take any more time off outside of that. That is the problem we are dealing with. We'd like a refund for the refrigerator.
