Bosch Refrigerator Model KDN76 AIEON Won't Keep Cool and Has Rusty Hinges
On January 9, 2023, I bought a Bosch refrigerator, model KDN76 AIEON, from the Gizerler website. I wish I hadn't because the product I received is of very poor quality. The refrigerator doesn't cool at all, and the hinges look rusted. I've been trying for 3 months to get it replaced, but they haven't taken any responsibility for the product. They keep redirecting me to the service, claiming it's not their fault. The items I put in the fridge are getting spoiled, and I'm afraid to feed them to my child now. Despite setting it to +2 degrees instead of +4, everything I take out of the fridge is warm. I want to inform you that if there's any poisoning due to this situation, I'll take legal action. I request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Yesterday, a representative from your authorized service came. He conducted measurements in his own way, similar to the previous representative, and said there was no problem. I showed him the spoiled products inside the refrigerator, but he was quite indifferent and gave stereotypical answers. I will take the matter to court, and until now, I have never bought white goods from any other brand, but from now on, I will definitely not choose your brand for any product.
