Bosch Fridge Breakdown, Endless Waiting and Frustration in the Summer Heat

I bought a Bosch refrigerator from their store in 2020, and it broke down on July 14, 2023, due to a power supply problem. The authorized service arrived on July 15 and initially stated that it would be repaired on July 18. When I called the next day, they informed me that I would have to wait 1 week and 10 days. My warranty is still valid, and being without a refrigerator in this hot weather is terrifying. To make matters worse, my child became ill, and I couldn't keep the necessary medication in the fridge, so we had to treat him with a serum. It's unbelievable that a supposedly world-renowned brand like Bosch has caused me so much trouble this summer and continues to do so. I will do everything in my power to assert my rights and obtain restitution for the financial and emotional hardships they have caused me. What a pity! I can't believe such a well-known company could be so careless.
