Bosch Refrigerator Came Out of the Box Rusty, No Proper Solution in Sight Yet
The Bosch Brand refrigerator we purchased came out of the box in a rusty state, we informed the service that the product was defective, we requested a replacement of the product, we have not received a response from the service since 03.08.2023, when we called customer services, they passed us by, our problem was not solved, Bosch was previously a world brand, unfortunately, it has now become a brand that victimizes people. I am waiting for a solution to the issue from the relevant authorities.
