Bad Service and Malfunctioning Bosch Fridge Disappointed Us
On September 8, 2023, I paid 32,500 TL for a Bosch fridge, model BSH-KGN-86CWEON, from the Bosch store. The fridge began to sweat shortly after installation, causing our stored items to spoil. When we called the service, the technician initially stated that the refrigerator was faulty and needed to be replaced. However, on a subsequent visit, they adjusted the settings and claimed that the problem was resolved. All of our items had spoiled within three days. When we asked for a replacement, the service center said they couldn't, leaving us frustrated and out of pocket. We demand a replacement for our faulty fridge because we spent a significant amount of money on this Bosch product only to find it completely unreliable. Don't make the same mistake we did - Bosch let us down, and you shouldn't put your trust in their refrigerators. We demand a quick resolution.

Despite 2 months passing, there has still been no progress, friends. My advice to you is to definitely stay away. The service is very bad; they do not accept their mistakes in any way. All our products continue to break down. We should prefer well-known brands with a good service network. Satisfaction is zero. We have been humiliated with our own money and the representatives do not care at all. They constantly pass the buck to others and hang up the phone in our faces. Bosch has shown that it is as empty as its name suggests.
