Bosch Denied Replacement For Defective Fridge Despite Ongoing Warranty

My Bosch refrigerator, which is still under warranty, is rusting, and despite the service technician confirming that it is not my fault, they refuse to replace it. They offer a costly door replacement while claiming that the rest of the door cannot be repaired and demanding additional payment. I've been trying for a week to get a report on my fridge so that I can take legal action, but they won't give it to me. The customer service representative is dishonest and untrustworthy; I can provide their name. I expected to have no problems with a world-renowned brand, but it appears that I purchased tomatoes from a local market. This nonsense only occurs in this country; I believe it is different in other countries. I demand that the authorities take immediate action to address this issue!
