They informed me that because the warranty had expired two months ago, they couldn't do anything but give a paid replacement. I stated that, even though the warranty had passed, this is not the fault of the customer; the door is rusting from the inside, which is a product problem, but they refused to accept it. They estimated a replacement cost of approximately ₺6000. These products are deemed durable—do I need to replace the door every three years due to rusting? We buy these things to use them for several years, preferably ten to twenty. Is my money going to waste, and is it really worthless? Is the three-year warranty period predicated on how long the refrigerator can go without rusting or peeling? I've been using a S******* brand dishwasher for eight years. It's closer to the countertop and more susceptible to water, but I've had no rust or deformation issues. If there is an electrical problem with the refrigerator, or if the door is left open and the refrigerator fails, I understand; you might call it human mistake. But how can you not discover a solution to the rust problem? Do you believe I can make money easily? Should I pay ₺6000 every three years to replace my door? My mother used a refrigerator for about 30 years. My brother and neighbor both have other brand inox refrigerators, and I've never seen or heard of this issue with them. Please find a solution for my problem. I plan to seek my rights using both social media and legal measures. I will also send the situation to international authorities via email and images.
