Bosch Sold Me a Refrigerator With Dents, Refuses to Replace the Door for Free
About two months ago, I purchased a Bosch refrigerator, and there was no visible damage when it was removed from the box. However, upon inspection under light, we noticed significant dents on the refrigerator. When we reported this to the Bosch service, the service representative stated that they could only intervene one month after installation, so they couldn't take any action. Furthermore, they mentioned that if I wanted the door to be completely replaced, they would charge a fee. I believe this situation is unacceptable. It is very disappointing that a well-established brand like Bosch behaves so irresponsibly, ignoring the inconvenience caused to its customers. Given that such a noticeable issue arose shortly after installation, the response from the service is certainly not satisfactory. Not only has our trust in the brand been shaken, but our dissatisfaction also continues. I kindly request that you evaluate this situation in more detail and take the necessary steps to provide a solution for my issue.
