Booking.com Gulf Air Flight Cancellation Refund - No Response
I booked a Gulf Air flight for March 24 through Booking.com, but due to a personal problem here in Kuwait I need to cancel this flight and I am requesting a full refund. When I contacted Gulf Air, they informed me that all cancellation and refund procedures must be handled directly by Booking.com. Following this, I tried to reach Booking.com by email, but I have not received any response. At the moment I am unable to contact anyone or get any clear information about how my ticket will be cancelled and whether I will receive my money back. I kindly request that my flight on March 24 booked via Booking.com with Gulf Air be cancelled and that a full refund be processed as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear written confirmation about the cancellation and refund.
