Waiting 5 Months for Payment from Booking.com
As the owner of Wooden Stage Homes, I’ve been waiting since May 30, 2024, for Booking.com to process my payments for guests who stayed at my property during the 2024 season. It’s now the end of October, and I still haven’t received any of the payments, despite repeated promises. On top of that, they continue to send commission invoices for amounts I haven’t received.
For five months, I’ve been unable to reinvest in my business, and with rising inflation, this delay has severely impacted my operations. I’ve contacted customer service countless times, but they keep passing me to higher management without any progress. I will pursue legal action to recover my payments and losses if this issue isn’t resolved immediately.
