My name is Pamela B*** and I am submitting this complaint regarding an unauthorized charge related to Booking.com. On Friday evening, May 22, I was charged $91.98 on my Cash App card for an apparent reservation at InTown Suites on Wade Hampton in Greenville, South Carolina. I never made any reservation with Booking.com for that date, and I am currently staying at Motel 6, not InTown Suites. When I noticed this charge, I contacted InTown Suites, and they informed me that I needed to speak with Booking.com. I then tried to contact Booking.com by phone, but I could not reach anyone and received no assistance or explanation regarding this unauthorized transaction. I request that Booking.com immediately refunds the full amount of $91.98 to my Cash App card and cancels any reservation that may have been created in my name without my knowledge or consent. I expect written confirmation that the reservation has been removed from your system and that no further charges will be made to my card.
