Polish Airlines Canceled My Return Flight and I Haven’t Received a Refund

I am very disappointed. This was my first trip with LOT, and it will be my last. I traveled with my family (a total of 5 people), and the airline was completely disorganized. Their agents were unhelpful, repeatedly responding with "I don't know" to our questions. We were even skipped during the drink service, and they later claimed it was a mistake. There were no TV screens on the flight. To make matters worse, they canceled our return flight and told us to find our way home, which ended up costing me a significant amount of money. The Warsaw Airport was small and boring. I eventually flew back with Emirates Airlines. To add insult to injury, it has been over a month, and I still haven't received my refund! Booking.com keeps telling me they are waiting on the Polish Airline, but POL is not responding!
