No Response from Sevilla Booking – Need Urgent Refund and New Reservation
I booked and paid for a stay at "Duplex Triana Sevilla" through Booking.com for October 12-13. However, I haven’t received any response from the property via email, phone, or the Booking platform. Upon checking Google Maps, it shows that the establishment is permanently closed. Additionally, Booking.com’s contact number is not working. I’m traveling with my children in just a few days, and we have no clarity on our accommodation. I urgently need Booking to contact me, cancel this reservation, and issue a refund. I also need to book alternative accommodation as soon as possible. I cannot proceed with this uncertainty.
