I booked Apartamentos Triana in Seville through Booking.com for my trip. However, the property has been completely unresponsive—they do not reply to emails or messages, and I cannot reach them in any way.
Since my reservation was non-refundable, I contacted Booking.com for assistance. For weeks, they have only been stalling me with vague responses like, "We are working on a solution for you."
At this point, it is obvious that this property is fraudulent. I demand an immediate refund as I have nowhere to stay and have received zero service. Booking.com must take responsibility for listing unreliable properties and resolve this issue without further delays.
