I booked a stay at Orbeliani Residence Hotel in Tbilisi through Booking.com for the dates March 1, 2025 – March 5, 2025, paying the full amount upfront. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the hotel was completely closed.
I immediately tried contacting Booking.com for assistance, but their only response was to provide me with a hotel contact number that nobody answered. I also emailed Booking.com to explain the situation, but I have yet to receive any proper response, let alone my refund.
The real question is: If the hotel is closed, why is Booking.com still allowing reservations? How can a company collect money for a service that does not even exist? This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.
Instead of enjoying my trip, I was left stranded with no accommodation, and Booking.com refuses to take responsibility. I demand an immediate refund and expect Booking.com to properly verify its listings to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.
