Booking.com Canceled My Paid Hotel Reservation
On March 15, 2025, I booked and fully paid for a stay at Apartamentos Triana Hotel in Seville, Spain through Booking.com. However, I experienced a major issue with my reservation. I never received a confirmation email or check-in details, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to learn that my reservation was not in their system!
This is completely unacceptable! Booking.com failed to secure my reservation, leaving me stranded despite having paid in full. I had no choice but to book another hotel at the last minute, which cost me three times the original price.
How is this even possible? If Booking.com can process my payment smoothly, why did my reservation disappear? Who is responsible for this? I demand an immediate refund for my original payment and the extra amount I was forced to spend due to this mistake. If this is not resolved immediately, I will pursue legal action.
