My Booking.com Greece Diana Hotel Refund Missing 10%

I'm incredibly frustrated and downright angry with Booking.com over a missing refund for my recent booking. On May 26, I made a reservation at the Diana Hotel in Greece through Booking.com. This was clearly advertised as a 100% refundable booking, which is why I chose it.

However, when I canceled my reservation on May 28, I only received a 90% refund! Booking.com inexplicably deducted a 10% fee from the money I paid. This is completely unacceptable and goes against the terms of a "100% refundable" policy.

To make matters worse, trying to contact Booking.com for an explanation or resolution has been a complete nightmare. There is no reliable communication channel; every email I send bounces back with an error. It feels like they're intentionally making it impossible to get in touch.

Booking.com, you owe me the remaining 10% of my refund. You advertised a fully refundable booking, and you failed to deliver. This shady practice of deducting fees without warning and then becoming unreachable is a terrible way to treat customers. I demand my full refund immediately! Fix your communication channels and return what's rightfully mine.
