I Want Booking.com to Publish My Full Review for Brosse Garden Hotel in Georgia

I recently booked a 3-night, 4-day stay at Brosse Garden, a 4-star hotel in Georgia, through Booking.com. After the trip, Booking.com requested a review—like they do with all guests. I spent time writing an honest, detailed review covering both the positive and negative aspects of our experience.

To my surprise, Booking.com only published a portion of my review, cutting out key parts that were critical of the hotel. If they’re going to ask for feedback, they need to publish it exactly as submitted, not selectively. This creates a misleading perception for future guests.

Booking.com should be held just as responsible for the accuracy of listings and reviews as the hotels themselves. I demand that my entire review be published unedited on the platform, as I wrote it. Censorship like this misleads customers and damages trust in the platform.
