Booking.com Has No Customer Support – Impossible to Reach for Urgent Issues
Booking.com claims that customers can easily contact them in case of issues, yet there is no real way to reach them. They tell us to call or email, but there is no visible phone number or direct support email—just endless automated responses.
I am extremely frustrated! When an issue arises, customers should be able to speak to a real person, especially when credit card details are required to book. However, when there’s a problem, Booking.com becomes unreachable.
I demand that Booking.com provide a clear and accessible customer support system. Where is the phone number? Where is the live support? Stop making it impossible for customers to get help! Fix this now!
